Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our store! By using this website and placing an order, you’re agreeing to the following terms, designed to keep things fair and simple for everyone.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, and may offer other secure payment options. All transactions are processed safely and securely.

Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable). We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but if there’s an obvious mistake, we may get in touch before processing your order.

Orders

Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, we’ll get your items packed and on their way. We aim to process your order within 1-5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if something’s not quite right (like stock issues).

Shipping

We aim to ship orders quickly, usually within 1-3 business days. Once your order is with the courier, delivery times are out of our hands, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong. 

We are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery, lost parcels or stolen parcels.

Returns & Refunds

We try to show and describe our products as clearly as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If unsure, please check our social media channels for more photos of products or get in touch and we will do our best to help.

All content on this site - like product photos, text, and designs - belongs to us. Please don’t use without permission.

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is used only to process your order or if you opt into updates.

Product Recalls

We take product safety seriously. In the very unlikely event of a product recall, we will contact affected customers directly using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. If you believe you may have purchased a recalled item or have concerns, please get in touch with us at hello@peasyplay.com.

We’re a small New Zealand business, so all purchases are governed by New Zealand law.
