Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which are for children, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged or defective item.Â
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, find the product doesn’t suit your space, or ordered by mistake.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, we’ll gladly put it right in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If you believe your product is defective:
Please take a clear photo of the issue.
Email the photo and a description of the problem to hello@peasyplay.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Our team will assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.
If your return is approved, we will:
- Replace the item (subject to availability); or
- Provide another appropriate remedy under the CGA.
Please ensure you have read the wall compatibility guide prior to purchase of The Mag Playwall.Â
Conditions for return due to defect
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- We do not accept returns without prior contact and approval.
- We may request the item be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.
- We are not responsible for any stains, marks, or discoloration that occur after the product is used. But contact us if you need help with this.Â
